San Carlos is 250 miles south of the Nogales, Arizona border, with a commercial airport in Guaymas just 15 minutes from the condos.
The Bahía Delfín Condominiums are located on a beautiful two-mile white sand beach in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico, 600 meters from El Pilar and 4.6 km from Rancho El Pozo. The nearest airport is General José María Yáñez International Airport, 10 km away.

Basics for your
arrival

Check-in
On your arrival date, you can check in from 3:00 p.m. onwards in Bahía Delfín, they will give you the keys, and you will sign an entry document.

Check-out
On your departure date, you can check out at 11:00 a.m., and you must return the keys to the administrative office where you received them. If the staff is away, you will find a mailbox where you can deposit the key.

Cleaning Fee
In addition to the cost of your reservation, you'll always pay the cleaning cost; with that, the condo will be cleaned and maintained at the end of your stay.

Additional cleaning
For long stays, you can request an additional cleaning during your stay for a price between 40 USD to 50 USD, depending on the size of the condo.

About pets
Remember that not all condos are pet-friendly and that you must notify when booking if you are bringing a pet. The pet fee is 50 USD.

Parking
One is allowed to park one car inside the complex. If you bring more, you can park them outside of Bahía Delfín, the place is safe, and the security guard has visibility in the place.

NATURE OF THE COMPLEX
The Bahia Delfin complex is a private place. The owners are most are from Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
Bahía Delfín has around 150 condos, of which only 40 are for rent. Most condos have live-in owners who do not rent.
guard and administration
The work of the guard and administration has nothing to do with the rental business, and their work is to ensure that the complex is pleasant for the owners and their guests, who are you.
However, in case of any inconvenience, you should contact us directly (Luxury Rentals) since they will contact us if something happens.
respect and care
Our relationship with Bahía Delfín complex is founded on respect, and we kindly ask all of our guests to follow and honor the rules of the complex. Please note that the fines outlined in our regulations will be enforced in case of a violation.
We want to remind our guests that verbal or physical aggression towards the guards or administration, regardless of the circumstances, is unacceptable. Such behavior will result in immediate eviction from the complex without a refund and a fine of $500.00.
We want our guests to care for and respect the shared spaces and condominiums. If any damages occur beyond normal wear and tear, condo owners may charge expenses for repairs, fines, and reasonable cleaning costs, as necessary. Thank you for being a part of our community and respecting these guidelines.
Regulations at

Tenants may not lease, sublet, or assign the premises.

The Owner agrees not to use the home in such a way that it may disturb the peace and quiet of the other tenants in the building or neighbors. The tenant agrees not to carry out business or commercial activities in the apartment.

Tenant, upon the termination of this agreement, shall vacate and return the premises in the same condition as received, less fair wear and tear, and other damages beyond Tenant's control.

At most 6 people are allowed in the 2-bedroom condo and 8 people in the 3-bedroom condo, including babies and children. If they meet other people in the condo, there is a fine of $100.00 dollars per person. You cannot have visitors to the complex. Only allows one car per condo. If an extra car gets in and does not get it out when the guard is requested, there is a fine of $100.00 dollars per day. The other cars are parked in front of the complex, where a guard is 24 hours daily. No smoking in the unit.

All guests must register upon arrival and upon vacating the condo.

Reservation names cannot be changed. Those who are registered at the beginning are the only ones who can stay for the duration of the reservation. If people want to leave and others arrive, they cannot.

The car registration that can enter the complex during your stay must remain the same.

Placing clothes to dry on the balconies and terraces is not allowed.

You can not use glass cups in the pool, and you can not throw nailed.
